Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with bail procedures and guide them through the process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
- Interact professionally with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Work a flexible schedule including holidays
Qualifications:
- If you have a Department of Insurance license, we strongly encourage you to apply.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone skills and ability to provide top-tier customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:
- Open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week.
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including holidays days and nights
- Eight-hour shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $40,000 to $100,000 per year
- Bonuses and commissions.
