Baierl Collision Center is seeking a motivated Collision Repair & Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an automotive mechanic with collision repair experience who enjoys a variety of work, including minor body repairs, bumper repair and replacement, vehicle disassembly and reassembly, and collision-related mechanical repairs.
- Pay: $25 /flat rate
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Do
- Repair small to medium dents (typically golf ball sized or smaller),
- Replace bolt-on body components, removing and installing panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related parts
- Perform mechanical repairs resulting from collision damage.
- You are comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards for repair quality
What You'll Bring
- Previous automotive mechanical experience
- Basic body repair knowledge
- Experience with collision repair, vehicle teardown and reassembly, dent repair, plastic bumper repair, and OEM repair procedures is preferred.
- Dependable team player
- Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality repairs.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
