We are looking for a logistics specialist to join our growing Baier Automotive Logistics team to continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers, carriers and drivers alike.

A logistics specialist coordinates the quick and efficient pickup and delivery of vehicles throughout the United States utilizing vehicle tracking and management software.
The ideal candidate for this position must possess an ability to work in a fast paced work environment and have a very keen attention to detail. In addition, they must be able to multi task, organize workflows and communicate effectively. On the job training is available.
Key Duties Include:
- Coordinate efficient transport of vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, carriers and drivers.
- Ability to enter date accurately to prevent and avoid errors.
- Utilize various TMS to successfully dispatch and deliver vehicles.
- Track and manage transports to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide phone coverage and support for customers, carriers etc.
- Work through and problem solve issues to ensure top quality service to all customers.
- Other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills.
- Strong communication via phone and email.
- Strong ability to problem solve and be a team player.
- Ability to complete multiple tasks on hand.
- Proficient computer skills and experience.
- Preferred dispatch and customer service experience.
- College Degree is preferred but not required.
Schedule: 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday. Overtime is offered dependent on workloads.
Report to Seabrook, NH location reliably.
Pay: Weekly Direct Deposit. Starting pay dependent on experience.
Performance Based Bonus Plans are also implemented and offered.

PTO is accrued after probationary period.
