About the Role
BAI Capital is looking for a Paid Media Manager to help drive digital marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences in the US market.
This role will be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and TikTok.
You will work closely with the CMO and international marketing team to execute campaigns and provide insights on platform performance, audience behavior, and the broader Chinese-language digital landscape.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run campaigns directly inside the platforms and continuously improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), and TikTok
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and efficiency
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations
- Create regular performance reports and insights for the marketing team
- Provide guidance on Chinese-language digital marketing trends and platform best practices
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to align campaign strategy
- Test new channels, creatives, and audience targeting strategies
- Help build and scale BAI Capital’s paid media presence targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences in the US
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and strong professional English proficiency
- 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- 2 years of direct, hands-on experience running campaigns on platforms such as Baidu, Bilibili, RedNote (Xiaohongshu), or TikTok
- Experience managing campaigns directly inside advertising platforms
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on data
- Experience creating performance reports and presenting insights
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate with international teams
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing investment products, real estate, or EB-5 immigration programs
- Familiarity with Chinese-speaking investor audiences in the US
- Experience launching lead generation campaigns targeting high net worth individuals
