Job description:
Bahrie Law is looking for an experienced paralegal to join the firm. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in No-Fault Personal Injury litigation cases.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients, attorneys, courts and claims adjusters.
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Assisting attorneys with drafting pleadings including but not limited to Summons, Compliant, Motions and Discovery requests.
- Preparing medical record summaries/chronologies.
- Preparing case evaluations/facilitative summaries.
- Legal research.
- Trial/Mediation preparation.
Applicant must be able to work independently and cooperatively, attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in No Fault Personal Injury litigation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Pay consistent with experience)
