🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Manager/Associate Director (Global Business Development and Licensing)
Reporting To: Vice President, Global Business Development and Licensing
📍Location: Los Angeles, USA
We are looking for a candidate proficient in both Chinese and English to join our team based in Los Angeles. Responsibilities
1.Support leadership in executing global business development strategies, engage with MNCs, and drive licensing partnership discussions on innovative drug pipelines and products.
2.Coordinate internal resources to develop project partnership proposals based on market and partner needs. Support commercial negotiations and the execution of cooperation agreements.
3.Attend medical and partnership meeting in US and EU. Establish and maintain relationships with MNCs, biotech companies, and industry organizations to expand the global partnership network. Analyze market data, regional regulatory requirements, and partner profiles, and collaborate with internal teams to conduct multi‑dimensional evaluations and identify potential partners.
4.Monitor and collect information on industry trends, competitive landscape, and policy changes in the US and European markets, providing forward‑looking analysis and recommendations to support overseas business decisions.
Qualifications:
1.Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of work experience with MNCs in research and development capacity.
3.Experience in R&D management or business development; experience in global licensing partnership is preferred.
4.Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of using both languages as working languages for in‑depth business communication, contract discussion, and cross‑functional collaboration.
5.Strong analytical, negotiation, communication skills and drive for success.

3、参加相关欧美医学及BD合作会议，建立并维护与MNCs、生物科技公司行业组织的合作关系，拓展海外合作网络。分析市场信息、各国国家/地区申报要求、合作伙伴信息，与内部部门协作，从多角度进行综合评估，筛选潜在合作伙伴。
4、跟踪收集欧美医药行业发展信息、竞争格局及政策变化，为海外业务决策提供前瞻性分析与建议。
任职要求：
1、博士学历，生物学、药学、生物医学工程相关专业。
2、具备3年以上MNCs工作经验，熟悉药物研发及商业化流程。
3、拥有研发管理或BD经验，曾参与或主导过知识产权出海、海外授权合作者优先。
4、流利的中英文双语能力，能作为工作语言进行深度商务沟通、协议撰写及协作。
5、具备出色的逻辑分析、谈判沟通能力。
