The Signature Engagement Specialist represents Bahamian Empress Notary LLC in public spaces, building awareness, attracting clients, and establishing trusted relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Distribute business cards and marketing materials in strategic locations
- Engage professionally with potential clients
- Build relationships with local businesses (real estate offices, banks, law firms)
- Promote mobile and concierge notary services
- Identify new client opportunities
- Represent the brand with confidence and elegance
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Background in business, customer service, or sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Serious candidates only—must be committed to growth and long-term opportunity
- Willingness to become a Notary Public within 4–6 months after probationary period ends
