Sales Representative — Bagoy’s Florist & Home
Bagoy’s Florist & Home is looking for friendly, motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism
- Present, promote, and sell floral arrangements, plants, gifts, and services to new and returning customers
- Accurately enter phone and in-store orders for fresh-cut floral bouquets, plants, gifts, and deliveries
- Help customers select the right product for occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, celebrations, holidays, and everyday moments
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Coordinate with design, delivery, processing, and administrative teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Follow store procedures, communication guidelines, and company policies
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional sales floor
- Support the team during busy seasons and high-volume holidays
- Stay informed about products, promotions, best practices, and sales opportunities
Desired Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience
- A friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and listening skills
- The ability to learn point-of-sale systems and order-entry processes
- Comfort speaking with customers by phone and in person
- An eye for detail and accuracy when entering orders
- The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time during busy periods
- A willingness to receive feedback and continue improving
- Creativity and confidence in helping customers choose thoughtful gifts and floral products
- The ability to stay organized and calm during high-volume times
- A team-first mindset and willingness to help with shared store tasks
Floral experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
