Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Assist customers with questions about store merchandise and promotions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a neat shopping environment
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Offer exceptional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone.
Experience
- Previous cashiering experience in a convenience store environment is preferred but not required. In house training is available
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
