BAGGU is hiring a Planning Assistant!
Baggu is looking for a full-time Planning Assistant to join our growing Operations Team. This is a great entry level position for anyone interested in gaining first-hand experience in Inventory Planning.
As the Planning Assistant you’ll focus on assisting the Planning team with omnichannel inventory operations. Inventory Planning is one of the key contributions to BAGGU’s business health; efficient Planning is one way we manage profitability across channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Planner and Sr Planning Manager, and be responsible for daily inventory reports, audits, and allocation.
To be successful you will need to be highly detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a very cross functional team.

Responsibilities:
- Daily site inventory audits
- Weekly reallocation audits
- Seasonal/event based omnichannel inventory tasks
- Project based sales reporting & Planning assistance
- Coordinate Amazon inventory
Required Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Absolute commitment to data integrity - data entry accuracy a must!
- Strong computer skills - Excel experience
- Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills - don’t be afraid to speak directly and ask questions!
- Willingness to learn on the job be flexible with project and team needs
- Calm under pressure
- Desire to jump in and get it done!

Pay Transparency:
- Full-Time Salaried Exempt
- Base salary of $65k/yr
About:
This role is open to candidates located in CA, UT, OH, or NY.
Our team works 10am to 6pm Pacific.
This role has the option of working remotely. But if you’re local to the Bay Area (or visiting) you are welcome to work from our San Francisco Dogpatch studio whenever you like. At our Studio you'll find beautiful light, adjustable height desks, fancy office chairs and seltzer water on tap.
