Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a litigation attorney at Baggett Law. The attorney will be responsible for analyzing legal issues, conducting research, propounding and responding to discovery requests, preparing motions and legal memoranda, attending depositions, court appearances, and trial. This role is perfect for an ambitious attorney with demonstrated leadership potential, as this position offers the opportunity to cultivate trial skills and develop as a future leader within the firm.
Qualifications
- Litigation and trial experience
- Legal research skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Florida State Bar
