Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), with a focus on execution, culture, and financial performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands operational systems, and takes ownership of their store’s success.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, labor management, and execution
• Lead and develop team members through hands-on coaching and training
• Manage inventory, ordering, and product flow to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards in food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Analyze and manage P&L performance, including labor and COGS control
• Execute sales forecasting and align staffing and production accordingly
• Maintain strong FOH and BOH systems to support speed and accuracy
• Handle guest interactions professionally and resolve issues effectively
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members
• Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture within the store
Qualifications
• Previous General Manager or senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations
• Proven ability to manage P&L, including labor, COGS, and profitability
• Experience with sales forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and consistency
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
