Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels daily, following established recipes and quality stan
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery station to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
- Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or wholesale distribution
- Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet high-volume production demands during busy hours
- Contribute to the decoration and presentation of baked goods when required, including light cake decorating or pastry finishing
Experience
- Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry arts is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience working in a high-volume bakery, restaurant, catering service, or food industry environment is advantage
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
