- Package baked goods efficiently for retail display or wholesale orders, maintaining food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to food handling and safety regulations
- Support with catering orders or special events by preparing large quantities of baked goods with precision
Qualifications
- Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or food production is required, especially with bagel or bread baking
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with culinary equipment used in baking environments
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
