- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and handling.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
