We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employee performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and inventory control
- Manage POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations with accuracy
- Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate purchasing activities and manage vendor relationships for supplies and inventory
- Execute marketing initiatives to promote store products and increase foot traffic
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, shift management, and overall store presentation
Skills
- Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math
- Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and sales management
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively; experience in employee orientation and interviewing is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Competent in bookkeeping, payroll processing, cash handling, and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure

- Experience with wireless sales or similar product lines is advantageous
