General Manager at Bafang Dumpling

Managers are all role models and help create a team of coworkers to give the best guest experience as possible and obtain maximum company profitability. With welcoming attitudes, quick speed, and high-quality foods, our team is able to serve the guests with whatever they require; all while keeping the restaurant up to Bafang standards of cleanliness and image. Along with day-to-day operations, managers will prospect future candidates for management personnel to fill open positions in current and future openings. With future stores coming, we will have many chances for employees and managers to move up.

All managers must be able to operate in any job code:

·      Ability to train and evaluate new associates and managers

·      Responsible for scheduling all associates

·      Must be able to take accurate inventory and order to restock the store

·      Ability to count end of day money and reset the cash tills

·      Must be able to interview potential associates and create a New Hire Packet for them when they are hired

·      Must be able to fulfill all HR requirements and be able to complete all HR documents

·      Ability to problem solve and give directions to all associate when necessary

·      Managers will update other managers with daily events and help set them up for success during the next shift.

·      Must maintain a high level of safety within the store

·      Must maintain a high level of cleanliness within the store

·      Must maintain a high level of customer service from associates to the guests

·      Must maintain the company image within the store at all times

·      Must maintain quality control on outgoing products

·      Make sure there is minimal waste while operating the restaurant

Managers will be required to be able to move around during most of the day. They must also be available to be scheduled most of the week.
