Compensation

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000 annually

• Performance incentives with total earning potential exceeding $200,000 per year

• Employer-funded retirement contributions totaling $18 per hour

  • $5.00 per hour contributed to your 401(k)

  • $13.00 per hour contributed to your pension

• More than $36,000 annually is invested toward your retirement by the company

What You'll Be Doing

As a Licensed Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll provide professional plumbing repairs, maintenance, and replacement services for homeowners throughout the Chicago area. You'll diagnose plumbing issues, perform high-quality repairs and installations, educate customers on available solutions, and ensure every service call is completed with professionalism and attention to detail. You'll build lasting customer relationships through honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and exceptional service while representing Baethke Plumbing's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced plumbing professional with at least five years of residential service experience and a current Journeyman Plumbing License. Successful candidates will have strong diagnostic abilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and confidence communicating directly with homeowners. You should be self-motivated, dependable, committed to quality craftsmanship, and able to manage service calls independently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
