Job Description:
An Operations Manager must perform 3 primary activities.
An Operations Manager must perform 3 primary activities.
1. Selling
2. Cleaning
3. Managing
Selling: The Operations Manager sells (this includes making follow up calls) 2 days a week minimum (6 hours per day) . Sales Goals and Objectives established along with commission payouts. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meet
Cleaning: The Operations Manager is to clean $1200 of glass per week (cleaning 3 (6 hour) days per week). They clean when a cleaner calls off, priority jobs and jobs that require more than one cleaner. They are paid commission for the completed work.
Management: The Operations Manager should spend about 10 hours a week (2 hours each day) in the office performing the following duties:
- Manage the cleaners and or supervisor/s.
- Responsible for all of the work getting done.
- Scheduling projects and houses
- Hire and train new cleaners
- Paid an hourly wage for 10 hours of management per week
Physical Requirements:
• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degrees
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 37 feet
