HVAC Lead Installer

Hourly Wage: $35-$40/hour Bonus and Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic HVAC Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the installation, service, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and related mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure that each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a leader on the job site, you will coordinate with team members, troubleshoot complex systems, and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s set of Core Values.
• Oversee and run all scheduled install calls on time from start to finish.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions; replacing as needed.
• Fill in as needed and perform start up procedures including ensuring proper installation according to manufacturer’s specifications and local building codes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to customers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, sales made and time spent on each job.
• Must be able to operate and utilize BAEHR Heating and Air’s Service Titan Mobile System.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Explain technical issues and solutions in clear and understandable language.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of lead installation required
• Technical school certification in HVAC technology preferred..
• Valid HVAC Technician certification, EPA 608 preferred (training provided if needed).
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and HVAC software.
• Ability to remain patient and exercise problem-solving skills.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems and components.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Requires the ability to stand, sit, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as necessary.
• Must be able to maneuver heavy loads (50 pounds).
• Requires ability to operate in and handle mid to high stress situations.
• Requires the ability to travel to multiple locations within your territory.
• Maintain a clean driving record & keep a valid driver’s license.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
