Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Engineer Expert to join our dynamic team. Candidates must possess experience in each of the following skillsets:

• Support and maintain existing Lucent Class 5 Electronic Switching System (5ESS) Computerized Telephony System (CTS) installations
• Modify, add and remove PRI TDM trunking 5ESS
• Modify on-net and off-net call routing in the 5ESS
• Troubleshoot Signal Syste 7 (SS7) connectivity to Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN)
• Perform de-grow procedure to remove Remote Service Module (RSM)
• Troubleshoot TDM PRI issues
• Troubleshoot TDM SS7 issues
• Troubleshoot routing with PSTN service provider

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
