Job Description
We are seeking an employee liaison to help manage a complex environment that supports high performance collaboration.
- Act as the face of the team to resident employees as the primary point of contact
- Create and distribute communications to EWAN users regarding important notices and updates
- Report utilization and occupancy status, actively manage applicable space
- Work with facilities, plant engineering and site management to ensure the space performance meets expectations
- Act as a primary IT support contact for infrastructure/technology to meet expectations
- Manage seating capacity/assignments
- Manage data transfer priority list
- Facilitate moves and transitions of users in/out
- Stock room(s) organization/oversight
- Purchasing expense items (light)
- Ensure compliance with all internal organizational policies and procedures
- Act as POC for coordinating IT equipment and inventory tracking with security
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with MS 365 and Office Suite
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS degree and 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
