Job Description
BAE Systems is looking to hire a 1st shift Space Stockroom Associate on our Space Electronics Manufacturing team in Endicott, New York. As a stockroom associate, you will be supporting the THAAD circuit card production area by: kitting jobs to be used by the assembly team, issuing replacement parts to the floor, participating in cycle counting, and receiving material. The material handled includes parts in tape and reel used on our automated SMT line as well as individual piece parts used during hand assembly. Furthermore, you will handle all types of material including moisture sensitive, ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive and hardware. In addition, using BAE’s ERP/MRP System, Oracle, is an integral part of this role to perform all the tasks specified above. The stockroom is in a temperature and humidity controlled environment and is located within the Space Assembly area.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a stockroom, inventory, warehouse/supplier, the post office (UPS or FedEX), shipping and receiving.
- Excellent attention to detail.and good organization skills.
- Must be able to use computers and their applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team, prioritize effectively, and balance multiple tasks.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $37295 - $59672

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
