Senior Program Control Analyst (Hybrid)

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

This role supports the F-35 Solutions Product Line in the Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area. Working within the F-35 Production portfolio, this role is a key contributor to the success of EW development in the Electronic Systems Sector.

This role will be based in Nashua, NH. While this role is typically a hybrid remote format, the F-35 Product Line is temporarily operating in a full-time in-office capacity (the intention is for the role to revert back to hybrid format once certain conditions are met). To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must reside within a reasonable daily commute of our 65 Spit Brook Rd, Nashua, NH facility.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / and 2 years of work experience; alternatively, a master’s degree and 0 years of work experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Experience managing, analyzing, and extracting insights from large datasets

• Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact cross functionally

• Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment

• Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with company policies and procedures

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• At least 4 years of professional, applicable Program Finance exp.

• Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines

• Experience with Earned Value Management

• Experience with Power Query and Power Pivot within Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, Cobra, ProPricer, and iPortal

• Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment

• Experience with proposals

• Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
