Senior Principal RF/Microwave Engineer II

Job Description
Join BAE Systems' RF Capability Group and lead the development of cutting-edge microwave hardware!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal II RF/Microwave Engineer to design and implement innovative microwave modules for mission-critical applications. You will leverage your expertise in wideband microwave design – including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and switch matrices – throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
