- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, communication protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and integration with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of energy management principles, system optimization, and data-driven performance analysis for building operations.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, control drawings, and specifications, and to maintain accurate records of system changes.
