The successful experienced Scrum Master will implement and maintain the Scrum framework, coaching others to understand it, enabling the team to continuously improve. The individual will work closely with the Sponsor to ensure the work progresses on schedule and achieves the goals of the organization. The individual will work with the ServiceNow Dev team to maintain the existing Scaled Agile practices while assisting other Scrum Masters across the Org to implement and and coach the teams to apply the Scaled Agile principles to meet strategic objectives.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 16 years related work experience or equivalent experience is required

Required experience includes:

• Established scrum process and practices using a Scaled Agile methodology
• Facilitated Agile ceremonies such as scrums, agile planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Facilitated discussions with Product Owner, scrum teams, Customers, stakeholders, and others
• Trained teammates to leverage Agile and Scrum tools, techniques, goals, and principles to achieve Organizational success
• Identified and removed impediments to team success by identifying blockers, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving conflict
• Maintained transparency in work reports with regular updates to stakeholders
• Facilitated continuous improvement

Required quals include:

• Active Advances Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or SAFe
• Deep knowledge, expertise and experience serving as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include briefings, placemats, and other related artifacts
• Experience writing, reviewing and synthesizing technical requirements for technical projects
• Demonstrated history of working with independence and motivation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow in the Sponsor's environment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
