Job Description
The selected candidate will provide administrative support to BAE Systems Program and Project managers including, but not limited to:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School diploma and at least 2 years of related work experience OR High School diploma and 1 year of government / military / DoD experience in administrative functions
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively in providing high quality support
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience performing expense reconciliation using Concur

Pay Information
This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
