Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program teams to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of complex projects.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of program schedules and timelines.
- Analyze data and identify potential risks and opportunities to optimize program performance.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to communicate program status to stakeholders.
- Actively participate in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop a broad understanding of the end-to-end system development lifecycle
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM based area of study such as Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or Project Management
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Communicates well verbally and in written form
- Driven to learn, adapt and contribute
- Good analytical skills and accustomed to using a proactive problem-solver approach
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- MS Project experience is a bonus!
- Familiarity with creating or maintaining Integrated Master Schedules
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $56401 - $95881
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
