In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions.

BAE systems is seeking a Program Management Organization Data Analyst for our Advanced Tactical Radios team. In this role, you will:

• Work with multiple Program Managers (PMs) across several programs under the guidance of two lead PMs to provide information in multiple forms on program health. This could include working with multiple functional areas to provide and receive information.
• Gather and break down information, create tables/charts/bullet points that will summarize information that can be used by PMs for Operations, Management, Management Reporting, Contracts, and possibly Engineering or Finance.
• Support and work closely with PMs to reviewing information on Customers, Turn-Around Times (TATs), Delinquencies, Work In Process (WIP), etc.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree with 1 to 3 years experience in data analysis amongst multiple tools. Skill set should include:

• Ability to work within multiple databases to obtain different types of information for analysis use.
• Microsoft Office knowledge with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability in order to create information for other people to use, understand and to include reports.
• The ability to present to multiple audiences in the form of reports and verbal communication where an expectation that you could provide a recommendation if required.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree is preferred or Associates degree with 4 years experience in working with data.
• Skills / experience to interpret, analyze and report on data with possibility of giving recommendations.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55150 - $93755

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
