Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of a Production Supervisor at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant location. The ideal candidate must be safety orientated and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. Job details include but are not limited to ensuring the safety of all employees, supervising day-to-day operations of the area, supervising a shift of 30 operators, documenting and relaying accurate information to management staff, carrying out production plans, and production data entry. This position requires working a rotating 12-hour schedule which includes days, nights, and weekends. As a supervisor you will find an abundance of career growth and advancement opportunities within our Radford team.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to complete a special background investigation
- Previous supervisor experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
