Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are seeking candidates to work 1st for 2nd shift. This position is on a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off! (2nd shift will include an additional 10% shift differential)

The Production Operator will perform complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems. The role will consist the following: Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. This work will be done under a microscope. Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610/620 standards.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma / GED
• Atleast 2 yrs Assembly experience & Soldering experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Certifications: IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001
• Semi-rigid

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $45649 - $73038

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
