BAE Systems, a prominent defense contractor and Fortune 500 Company, is hiring a full-time remote Product Marketing Specialist Principal at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN.

The role involves joining a product marketing sales team to manage customer quotes and orders for explosives and related products/services, from intake to post delivery support, for the Department of Defense and global customers. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, a solid marketing or business education, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Note that relocation and housing assistance are not provided.

As a Product Marketing Specialist Principal, you will:

• Support Sales and Marketing activities for BAE Systems at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant in Kingsport, TN
• Plan, manage and support strategic proposals and orders, as assigned
• Prepare and submit reports, as required
• Maintain sales database including the capture of all relevant information from external customers to support quotes and orders
• Ensure timely and complete communication with internal departments for smooth processing of the external customer requests
• Support driving timeliness of customer quote response
• Solicit and manage customer feedback with surveys and questionnaires
• Exercise efficiency with response to the external customers
• Ensure compliance with all Business Development policies and procedures

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing or business related field
• Attention to detail and learn tasks quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Outstanding team player with the ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work in a professional environment
• Ability to work a 9/80 schedule with availablity for additional work hours, as required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master's Degree in Marketing or other Business related program

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $82963 - $141036

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
