Office Manager / Business Ops Analyst

Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager for an exciting opportunity supporting the Air Force's current (Minuteman III) and next-generation (Sentinel) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBMs). This position will directly support ICBM Leaders at Hill Air Force Base Utah. This position will also work with a highly skilled team, providing critical support to government managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities, including travel coordination, schedule management, event planning and event management, data collection, data management, measuring and monitoring performance, planning, updating government reports, and reporting program status internally to program management.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
3 years relevant work experience.
Prior experience providing executive assistance and office management.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite, Adobe, and other common business applications.
Prior event planning and management for large meetings, including agenda management.
Highly positive attitude with a team player mentality, results oriented.
Strong initiative, acute attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - trusted, reliable, and prompt.
Excellent communicator -- able to speak and write clearly and concisely.
Fast learner with demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to emerging requirements.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience working with the U.S. Air Force or other military branch.
Active DoD Secret or Top-Secret security clearance.
Business Operations experience.
Experience with agile software tools: JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with government classified IT systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
