You will not only manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) but will serve as a critical consultant to management, ensuring our technical milestones align with organizational objectives and customer deliverables.

The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:
    • Architect the Program Roadmap: Translate complex program contracts, statements of work, and flow-down requirements into actionable, multi-year execution plans.
    • Drive Baseline Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of program baselines, ensuring full alignment with internal standards and external customer requirements.
    • Strategic Advisory: Partner with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to align program operations with long-term business objectives and support the Program Management Office in exceeding business targets.

    • EVM Leadership: Apply deep expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and Schedule/Cost control to maintain program health.
    • IBR Subject Matter Expertise: Lead the scheduling efforts for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and serve as the scheduling SME across a portfolio of programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Integrated Execution: Partner with Control Account Managers (CAMs), IPT Leads, and Engineering teams to synchronize resource needs and ensure the IMS reflects real-time technical progress.
    • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify programmatic problems and develop recovery schedules or "what-if" scenarios to mitigate funding constraints and program impacts.
    • Supply Chain Integration: Collaborate with material planning groups to integrate subcontractor and material requirements seamlessly into the program timeline.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
