Manufacturing Supervisor II

Job Description
As a Line Supervisor of union employees in a fast -paced, safety conscious work environment, the successful candidate will possess and utilize a high level of intrapersonal relations and technical skills to lead and motivate a diverse, experienced work team in the safe manufacture of quality chemical products in support of the energetics industry. The successful candidate will leverage their skill set to promote and ensure a strong safety-positive culture among their direct reports and their peers while meeting and exceeding production requirements.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Two years of college or equivalent work experience in an industrial environment. Ability to work comfortably in a team environment; willingness to step outside a comfort zone to learn and implement new concepts and ideas. Proficiency in MS Office applications and a working knowledge of the concepts of lean management.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Engineering or equivalent technical experience. Familiarity with acids and energetics manufacturing.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
