Maintenance Multi-craft Technician

Job Description
Join our Aiken, SC team as a Maintenance III Specialist, where you will serve as a key driver of plant reliability. We are looking for a proactive technician who doesn't just fix machines but optimizes them. In this role, you will blend technical expertise with strategic problem-solving to ensure our facilities operate at maximum effectiveness.

The successful candidate will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. He/she will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. Selected candidates will also be involved with equipment installations and facility maintenance. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company. This position is for Off Shift or Weekend.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Five (5) years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, interpret and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, and flow charts
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to identify and diagnose problems and implement corrective action
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications and other computer program
• Knowledge of company safety, OSHA and department policies and procedures including Lock Out Tag Out
• Good applied interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend basic English and perform basic math functions including reading a tape measure
• Ability to be self-motivated
• Ability to work from heights (Ladders, Aerial Lifts, Roofs, etc)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 2-year college degree in Industrial Maintenance or training in a technical field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Multi-Craft experience
• PLC Experience a Plus
• Experience with CMMS
• CNC maintenance a Plus
• Strong leadership qualities

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $52108 - $83373

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
