Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an entry-level Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing sharp edges from manufacturing parts using hand and power tools to ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize deburring equipment to remove sharp edges from manufacturing parts
- Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
- Adhere to safety requirements and protocols to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality products
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong focus on quality and safety
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Previous manufacturing experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $35654 - $57046
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
