We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key functional program area providing full lifecycle engineering support for systems monitoring and applications management services that provide systems alerts, including monitoring for enterprise system performance and availability and providing guidance and engineering for upgrades, systems modifications, and updates. The functional area also provides operational support for applications deployed across the sponsor's enterprise, including release management configuration management and data analysis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are looking for and ITPM with a minimum of 16 years' experience with A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree with the following experience:

• Professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMI PMP), or Agile
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies
• Infrastructure Engineering, Operations, Software Development, Security, and Close Support
• Experience as a Scrum Master using Lean Agile, setting up Jira projects, and facilitating division-level sprint planning
• Ability to monitor multiple projects, identify risks, and communicate effectively to customers, stakeholders, and project teams
• Outstanding communication skills, articulating complex issues to various audiences
• Experience leading and managing enterprise-level projects using Project Management Framework (PMF) or Lean Agile
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities, and identify programmatic challenges and mitigation strategies
• Experience leading infrastructure engineering projects using Agile methodology and recommending changes for project success
• Experience with release planning, scheduling, and execution in alignment with established change management and security policies.
• Experieice defining and implementing CI/CD best practices to improve deployment efficiency, automation, and
  release quality.
• Experience working with DevSecOps, Cloud , DBA, and application teams to support environment
  readiness and production releases.
• Experience collaborationg cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Leadership teams to align release goals, schedules, and dependencies, ensuring timely deployments

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Agile, ITIL or other related Certifications
• Quality processes including ISO, Six Sigma, CMMi
• Knowledge in the entire development system life cycle
• Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
• Creating and managing a shared pool of internal and subcontract resources
• Experience working with the stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience managing software releases within an Agile SDLC environment,
  ensuring scalable, repeatable, and high-quality deliveries to a global customer base.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
