As a Electrical Cable Admin you will :

• Coordinate, update and manage the BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair Cable installation program.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cable identification and installation on the Ships being repaired.
• Facilitate supervision, the results and documentation of the installation and plan per the schedule.
• Conduct surveillance onboard ships and in manufactoring and repair shops to ensure compliance on the processes inplemented by Craft Manager.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including crafts and quality, to ensure that electrian and temporary services processes and procedures are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to date with industry developments and changes to electrical and temporary services standards and regulations, and implement updates to the welding program as necessary.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Hight School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of cable dwgs and cable running processes
• Knowledge of NAVSEA standard Items and Military Standards
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly outlook and Excel.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Billingual in English and Spanish
• Cable idetification and input experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $47488 - $75980

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
