Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and classified work, it requires the need for primarily an onsite presence.

As the Director of the Weapon Sensor program, you will be working with a cross functional team that is creating a new way of doing business within the Small Form Factor Solutions Product Line. The successful candidate will be expected to work with Anduril management and technical leadership. Anduril is a leading “disruptor” in the weapons marketplace and being able to “operate in the gray” where requirements will be murky, schedules will be changing and customer strategies will evolve over time, will be critical to a successful outcome.

We are looking for an experienced Program Director who is agile, who will operate within our framework, but also knows how to tailor it. Someone who has a good feel of when to bend and when to be firm. Scope management will be a big part of the customer relationship. Good communication skills and the ability to negotiate with the customer will be important.



Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with life cycle management
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience or equivalent experience of 10 years in a Program Manager III role
• Experience working in a development or production environment
• Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex tasks
• Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel and functional leadership
• Very strong presentation and organizational skills
• Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive plans to closure
• Actively manage leadership relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
• US Citizen
• SECRET Clearance
• Ability to obtain SAP level clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master’s degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
• Operations management experience
• Preferred clearance level: Top Secret

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
