Join our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team within the IT Program Management Office (PMO) at BAE Systems, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our IT Digital Transformation program’s OCM and digital adoption strategy. We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Content Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain digital content that supports the development of digital literacy, skills development, and organizational change management.

In this job, you will:

• Digital Literacy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop digital literacy content, including e-learning modules, tutorials, newsletters, and guides to enhance digital awareness & skills across teams.
• OCM Support: Design and develop digital content that supports the OCM strategy, including change management communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Skills Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of training content, including iLearn and other Learning Management Systems (LMS), to support employee skills development and digital transformation.
• Digital Content Creation: Create high-quality written content, graphics, and messaging that effectively communicate digital transformation and OCM initiatives to internal audiences.
• SharePoint Development/Layout/Design: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, and content that support digital transformation and OCM initiatives.
• Graphic Design and Photo Image Expertise: Utilize graphic design and photo image expertise to create visually appealing and effective digital content, including images, videos, and infographics.

You will also:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content, review technical information, and translate complex topics into clear and concise digital content.
• Analyze digital content usage and feedback to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our digital transformation and OCM initiatives, including their features, functionality, and best practices.
• Configure and manage digital content settings, including security, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and emerging technologies in digital content creation, OCM, and skills development.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 6 years’ work experience with Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with website development and design best practices, including accessibility and SEO
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to a wide range of audiences.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital design and development tools, including:
  • SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, & Other web development and design tools.
  • Canva advanced PowerPoint design, and/or other layout tools.
  • Microsoft 365, Teams, and associated apps.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio or samples of previous website development and design work showcasing a variety of digital content and multimedia assets.
• A passion for continuous learning and stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in graphic design and e-learning.
• Experience supporting Project Management, Graphic Design and Information Technology training and development preferred.
• Experience with maintenance & testing, including troubleshooting, updates, and optimization.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Proficiency in the following: Waterfall & Agile.
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and web development frameworks.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Aerospace & Defence industry experience
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified - SharePoint Online Site Owner, Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Canva Design School Certification, Google Web Designer Certification, UX Design Certification, Certified Graphic Designer (CGD), or similar certification(s) / training / experience.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
