Job Description
BAE Systems operates the Bankruptcy Noticing Center for the US Bankruptcy courts. The BNC is responsible for retrieving case data from 90 bankruptcy courts and distributing it electronically and in hard copy. The Computer Ops Coordinator is responsible for monitoring BNC applications to ensure accurate data transmissions both to and from the BNC, providing telephonic customer service to the court community and others on all aspects of BNC operations, running daily jobs and monitoring their execution and other duties as directed. Reviews production logs and performs first level troubleshooting. Enters issue information and resolution in ticket tracking system.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• Must have an Associate Degree or 2 years of work experience.
• Must be able to run scripts using Unix/Linux
• Must have strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Must have a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Linux configuration management skills a plus.
• Must be able work shift work; first shift 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and some weekends
*Responsible for bringing in return mail from USPS truck.
*Responsible for scanning returned mail and opening mail.
*Provide customer support for Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing program.
