BAE Systems is seeking a Business Systems Software Engineer II in Hudson, NH to support the Operations Business Systems Tools team. This team integrates diverse software systems and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancy, and improve data fidelity across the enterprise. By building robust interfaces, automating data exchanges, and standardizing processes, the team drives measurable efficiency gains and supports rapid delivery of mission‑critical capabilities.

As a Business Systems Software Engineer II you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, and Android Studio.
• Deliver high‑quality code in an agile environment.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with security and quality standards.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Understanding of Python, Java, JavaScript, Android Studio or similar.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of micro‑services architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior work on defense or aerospace software projects.
• Proficiency in Python (3.x) and Java (8 ).
• Strong JavaScript experience.
• Hands‑on Android development with Android Studio (Kotlin/Java).
• Experience with version control (Git) and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
