Business Systems Analyst Sr

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Supplier Assessment Program to develop solutions for gathering and analyzing supplier data to ensure alignment between future demands and supplier capacity. The role requires the use of process knowledge to translate complex supplier data into actionable insights, improving data accuracy and automation to accelerate ramp-to-rate and ensure supply chain resilience. Candidates must have strong analytical, statistical, and communication skills, and thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with cross‑functional teams to turn supplier assessment data into insights that mitigates disruptions to production and ensures the long-term supply chain resilience and operational success.
• Set standards for how supplier assessment data is collected and stored
• Use data analysis to create tools to determine overall supplier demand and areas of risk within our supply chain
• Integrate with the Digital Twin team to define data requirements and ensure supplier assessment data is accessible to the Digital Twin.
• Own and manage teams Sharepoint site.
• Champion the implementation of AI solutions and assistants.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Strong technical skills in data analysis
• 2 Years Experience creating dashboards and reporting for business intelligence
• Understand the use of GenAI models for analysis
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools including Sharepoint creation/management and Power Automate
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in cross functional teams
• Experience with manufacturing standards, processes and techniques
• Ability to learn new tools and software
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Engineering or a technical field
• Experience in project management
• Experience in Supply Chain
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
