Job Description
| Our Space assembly employees perform complex assembly tasks and soldering on circuit cards and subassemblies. Tasks include soldering through hole and surface mount components, bonding, and, mechanical assembly. Additionally, assembler may perform in-process inspection to ensure conformance to IPC-610 standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity test)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Focus on quality
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to solder and evaluate solder joints
- IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001
- Previous CCA experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $38041 - $60865
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
