In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions. We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to be part of a franchise production program leadership team delivering world class precision strike products to the warfighter. You will be an advocate for your team and help lead them to successful customer and business outcomes. You, as the Program Manager, will be a key interface for production IPT communication and a trusted partner for our product area. Reporting to the Aviation Weapons Production Director in Hudson, NH, you will have the opportunity to exercise your leadership skills to achieve our vision and, in turn, we will help you advance your career.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :

• US Citizen and ability to achieve Secret clearance
• Bachelors degree in a technical or business related discipline
• 8 years Defense industry experience
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functional teams
• A desire to learn and an aptitude for working in a fast paced environment
• Project management or program office experience or experience leading a team

• Experience interfacing with customers
• Experience on development and production programs
• Risk and opportunity management experience
• CAM and EVM experience
• Proposal experience
• PMP Certification

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $132962 - $226035

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
