We’re seeking a experienced AI/ML Software Engineer to embed and streamline various models within the workflows of our outstanding teams. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with ML scientists, engineers, and game‑team partners to scale our initiatives, equip our researchers with more efficient tools, and advance our mission of pioneering new AI applications. The primary goal is to elevate the team’s AI/ML efforts through the right tooling, automation, and best development practices.

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a computer related field
• 6 to 8 years of software development experience
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and tools such as deep learning, NLP, LLM, and TensorFlow, etc
• Experience with various agentic workflow architecture protocols like RAG, MCP, A2A, ACP
• Experience in REST API development
• Knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms
• The ability to engage constructively with peers and technical lead to communicate the technical approach, trade-offs, and technical decisions

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant technology field
• Experience with n8n, stack AI, Hugging Face, cloud desktop tools
• Experience using DevSecOps tools such as GitLab, GitOps, Bitbucket, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Fortify, Sonarqube, Chef/Ansible, Terraform, Nexus
• Experience with cloud environments.
• Experience with setting up and configuring VMs and Open source software (VMWare, Virtual Box and Parallels)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
