As a Quality Standardization Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards and processes across the manufacturing organization. You will ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements, and that quality is consistently delivered throughout the production process, across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, minimum 5 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment, and certification in a quality management system

Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

As a Quality Standardization Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and guidelines
- develop and implement quality management systems
- provide training and coaching to manufacturing personnel
- identify opportunities for quality improvement
- conduct internal audits
- track key quality metrics
- Manage our Hoshin plan

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or a related field, plus ten years of experience in Quality Assurance or Program Quality in aerospace, defense, or heavy vehicle manufacturing, or the overall equivalent
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS, MIL-STD, AS9100D, ISO 9001, and DCMA/DoW quality expectations
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (5-Why, Fishbone, 8D), FMEA, control plans
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and MES/ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Plex, etc.)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proven leadership in managing quality across large, multi-functional teams
- ASQ certification: CQE, CQA, CMQ/OE
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- PMP certification
- Working knowledge of ITAR, CMMC, and cybersecurity requirements
- Understanding of Cost of Quality (CoQ) modeling and tracking
- Familiarity with Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Digital Thread concepts
Pay Information
