As a Principal Performance Documentation Analyst, you'll assemble comprehensive contractor performance data from various sources, ensure accurate entry into the Government OCIO/G6 performance measurement system, and develop processes to validate data collection for metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing data, ensuring proper entry into the performance measurement system, and developing processes to validate performance metric data collection.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of experience in performance documentation, data analysis, and reporting, with expertise in government or large enterprise performance measurement systems
- Proven track record assembling and validating performance data for entry into federal systems, including process development for metric accuracy
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service performance and continual improvement
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL for queries, or performance tracking software) and reporting platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for data validation and stakeholder collaboration
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

- Certified Document Control Manager (CDCM) certification
- Experience supporting DoD or large federal OCIO/G6 systems, including performance metric validation and contract reporting
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification, with focus on service measurement and reporting
- Background in data governance tools (e.g., Collibra) and automation scripting for validation processes
- Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional - CAP)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
